Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Program

The University of Florida offers the only Bachelor of Landscape Architecture program in the State of Florida. Design Intelligence ranked the University of Florida’s Bachelor of Landscape Architecture Program among the top 15 nationwide in their 2005 survey. The 5-year program exposes students to the broad range of issues and activities addressed by the discipline of landscape architecture. Through classroom and studio coursework, students acquire the knowledge, skills and technical competency that enables them to advance the discipline and achieve success as professional practitioners. Studio and capstone projects can be viewed at student work.

Admissions

To apply for undergraduate admission, please send the following documents to the UF Office of Admissions:

  • $30 application fee submitted online or mail check or money order
  • Early decision contract for those freshmen who choose early decision admission and who apply before October 1
  • High school transcripts
  • Official ACT and/or SAT scores (sent directly to the University of Florida from the testing service)
  • Both essays

We encourage you to apply online by using the UF Student Online Application. Applicants may check the status of their application online to verify test scores and other application materials have been received.
