Entry level Project Engineer / Apprentice

Paul Davis Restoration is a franchise network of 240 independently owned and operated insurance restoration contractors throughout North America. The Broward office in SE Florida has an opportunity for a recent graduate. The Broward office is focused on three areas of business. 1) Insurance Restoration; fires, floods, accidents, etc. 2) Mitigation of water damage, fire damage, and storms. 3) Corporate fast track remodeling for hotels, apartments, etc….

Candidate will be required to manage various restoration work and participate in mitigation work.

Requirements:

· Construction background with knowledge of building codes and construction methods and sequencing.

· Extremely Computer Literate with ability to learn new software quickly

· Able to multi task

· Excellent Costumer Service skills

· Professionally handle projects from start to end

· Bilingual a plus

· Ability to create and use computer schedules

· Ability to create, monitor, and adhere to budgets

· Ability to estimate

· Excellent communication skills and professionalism

· Strong empathy skills
