Position:  Project Coordinator

Department:  Major Accounts

 

Qualification Highlights:

Safety, time management, vendor management, materials management, job estimation, quality control, building code knowledge, construction planning, scheduling, project management and budgeting.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

 

·                    Review project drawings and scopes of work to accurately design and price buildings/projects for Major Accounts using MBS or related software.

·                    Be able to generate conceptual drawings.

·                    Capable of determining required material and costs thereof for “Turn Key” projects.

·                    Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives.  This encompasses all trades and vendors for projects.

-         This includes but not limited to GC’s, contractors, erectors, end-user and   communicate with these groups on a regular basis to ensure project success.

·                    Capable of producing a Work Breakdown Structure to identify the tasks needed to complete a project in a certain amount of time.

·                    May be required to travel to jobsites to meet and speak with customers about their project.

·                    If the work loads for the sales representatives within the department becomes too great, construction manager may at times be responsible for initially qualifying the customer/project.

·                    Liaison between the Builder/dealer/end customer and customer service.
