residential roofing company has an opening for a Roofing Supervisor(s). H&A
is roofing homes and estates from Maine to

We seek a motivated, high-producing, customer service-oriented supervisor with
a proven past record of field success. The supervisor position will interact
with contractors, architects, homeowners, meet labor management objectives,
and ensure that customers are receiving the best possible service and
solutions from H&A. The supervisor will be required to meet the
needs of assigned crew.
This opportunity affords excellent income potential for an energetic,
team-oriented service person who can work independently. We seek an employee
who displays incentive and drive to meet deadlines, manage crews with
excellence and efficiency, and represent our company in the most ethical and
professional manner possible.
5-7 years roofing supervisory experience is highly desired. Experience in
high end construction supervision or management will be considered.
Responsibilities include:
Meeting time objectives and goals on a
daily basis
Determining needs of each roofing job,
communicating to management as appropriate.
Preparing and presenting detailed
project daily report in a timely fashion.
Completing accurate, timely paperwork to
ensure efficient processing of each project.
Other requirements include:
computer literate with experience using
Outlook, Excel, database, Word
clean driving record
valid driver's license
bilingual is a plus, English is a must
good time management skills
good people skills
