Real Estate Developer

A Gainesville-based real estate investing and development business is looking for interns to play a major role in the following projects:

Providing 40 beds of housing for the Veterans Administration

Providing 20 beds and 10,000 square feet of office space for the VA

Developing a three-acre parcel for affordable housing

All three of these projects need immediate attention. Tasks will include:

Site planning

Permitting

Financial planning

Students will work directly with developer and with contractors, regulatory officials, lenders and other professionals.
