Estimator/Project Coordinator

We currently have an entry level position available for a student looking to gain experience or recent graduates in search of employment. Please let me know if this is something you would be able to help us with.

Perry Roofing is seeking an Estimating / Project Coordinator for our Commercial Roofing division. Must be able to read specifications books and determine the paper work required prior it gets to the estimating department as well as perform the following job functions

§ Enter data into data collection software.

§ Be familiar with construction language and the process of project administration.

§ Must be self starter, organized and detailed oriented person.

§ Have working knowledge of excel and word.

§ Prepare project folders, job Obtain Certificates of insurance, bid bonds

§ Apply for warranties and permits

§ Provide clerical support to two branches
