Job Description	• Actively participate in an effective safety program. • Participate in Quality Assurance and Quality Control Program Implementation • Assure the implementation of the project construction plan. • Monitor work progress. • Assist in the resolution of problems. • Expedite materials and answers • Track and document field deliverables • Participate in construction coordination meetings • Participate in the change management process. • Assist construction personnel assigned to a project. • Assist in developing periodic management reports. • Perform material takeoffs, hour estimates, and requisition materials. • Participate in the development of subcontractor bid packages. • Assist with Backcharge management process. • Assist with RFIs, minutes of meetings, correspondence controls, submittal controls, develop transmittals, submittal process, etc. • Participate in the development of the daily construction log to record all significant project facts. • Participate in constructability reviews and value engineering • Capable in assisting people, has good communication (both written and verbal) skills and computer skills with Microsoft Office products • Splitting time between school and work is acceptable
