Summary:

As we discussed the position for which I am seeking applicants is Sales Associate.  This is an entry level position in the Sales Department with MonierLifetile (MLT).  MLT is a manufacturer of concrete roofing tile.  We have 4 plants in Florida and 10 others across the US in Kansas City, Denver, Houston, Las Vegas, in California – Rialto, Lathrop, Stockton & Gilroy and in Tacoma, WA.

The position will have a starting base salary of $45,000/yr with competitive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401K – match up to 5%, etc).  The successful individual will work for the Sales Manager in South Florida (Boca Raton area) and be in a training program for approximately 8 months.  As soon as territories become available, the individual could relocate and move into the position of Sales Representative and begin their commission incentives (while keeping their base salary) for their territory.  They will have a vehicle and fuel card with this position.
