Position/Location:

Facilities Management Trainee

Responsibilities: Trainees will learn to manage the maintenance and construction of buildings, repair shops, power distribution and all other fixed facilities. This work involves both new design/construction and modification/renovation of existing facilities/equipment. It includes problem identification, facility/equipment design and specifications, cost estimating, economic justification, AFE submission, approving equipment/facility design, construction follow-up, and equipment/facility start-up.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or Design with relevant work experience and leadership skills is required. The position also requires excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Oracle, etc. Must be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Notes:

Positions may be located throughout the eastern half of the U.S. Candidates must be willing to relocate.
