Simcon Construction is seeking talented individuals to
join our team as an experienced or emerging estimators for our
Students majoring in Building Construction,
Construction Management, or Civil Engineering are encouraged to interview.
Simcon is currently recognized as the area's leading
turnkey concrete subcontractor with current projects ranging from $1M - $4M.
Simcon specializes in educational, government, and institutional work.
Candidate must possess extensive communication and
computer skills, the ability to solicit and scope vendor/subcontractor quotes,
the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships, assemble bids
ranging from $50k to $6M, a comprehensive understanding of all structural CSI
divisions, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Title and salary is commensurate with experience.
