ENPRO Consulting, Inc., an industry leader in providing Primavera Enterprise (P5/P6), Primavera Cost Management and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) professional services for the public/private sectors, has a long term, permanent position supporting the PMO for a Fortune 100 prime DoD contractor located in central Florida. This position, reporting to the PMO Manager, will involve assisting over 350 sites worldwide in developing, baselining, maintaining, updating, and reporting performance against their Primavera project schedules. A primary function will be verification and validation of each site’s monthly schedule updates to support the monthly EV reporting cycle, including preparation of monthly reports and presentation to senior management. Additional duties include input to corporate level PMO processes and procedure documents including policy, work instructions, system instructions, and system design documentation, including technical assistance to each site to assist in ensuring compliance.

To be considered, the candidate will have a BS degree in a technical discipline and a minimum of two years progressive planning & scheduling experience supporting major projects/programs. They will have a solid working knowledge of and been trained in Primavera Enterprise (P5/P6) and have the ability to perform at a high energy level in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have five years progressive planning & scheduling experience supporting major DoD warfighter (Live/Virtual/Constructive) training programs, a working knowledge of EVMS, Primavera Cost Management and integration with P5/P6, Timesheets, and myPrimavera/Primavera Web App. They will also have experience transferring their expertise/knowledge to novice users in the above Primavera applications.
